Job Title: Sales Representative

Salary Range: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000 (Plus Performance Incentives)
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be confident in engaging prospects, presenting solutions, and meeting sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers and business opportunities.
- Promote and sell the company’s products and services to prospective clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and provide feedback on customer needs and industry trends.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Prepare and submit regular sales activity and performance reports.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to persuade and influence potential customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital communication tools.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-have):
- Experience in media, advertising, marketing, or service-based sales.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales reporting tools.
